Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, reviewing priority work orders, and assisting trades such as electricians, carpenters, and painters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience in hotel maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be in proper uniform with nametag and maintain guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Know hotel features, hours, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Review work orders and safety concerns; coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Assist electricians, carpenters, plumbers and painters in jobs.
• Use tools and equipment safely and knowledgeably.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of work areas.
• Ensure proper handling of chemicals per OSHA and hotel rules.
• Adhere to all policies and brand standards.
