Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with emphasis on assisting and resolving customer issues.
• Willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment for facility maintenance, HVAC, fuel systems, and related tasks.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per company policies.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; work in varied temperatures.
