Job summary

Independent Management Services is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to support our multifamily properties. You will perform daily site inspections, keep common areas clean and well-groomed, and assist in reconditioning vacant units.

This position also covers snow removal and light maintenance tasks as part of a collaborative maintenance team. We offer a competitive salary plus benefits including employer-paid health and dental, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspections of common areas, grounds, and property.
• Keep property groomed and free of litter or debris.
• Assist in reconditioning vacant units and debris removal.
• Snow removal and salting of walkways and parking areas.
• Light maintenance tasks and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Report to Site Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
