Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to residents and create a positive living experience
• Work alongside a collaborative Maintenance Team to maintain apartment homes and community grounds
• Complete apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents, Including painting units.
• Assist with landscaping, curb appeal, and overall property appearance
• Respond professionally and courteously to maintenance requests
• Contribute to a team culture focused on reliability, quality work, and support
