Job summary

Hyperion Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Richmond, IN team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, support facility repairs, and assist with production welding to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work with contractors and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency across our facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely.
• Forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install facility equipment.
• Support facility projects (painting, carpentry, fixture installation).
• Perform welding tasks and assist in meeting production schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas.
• Collaborate with contractors, production teams, and leadership to minimize downtime.
