Job summary

Hyperion Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Richmond, IN team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and help keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

You’ll support production welding, assist with facility repairs, and collaborate with contractors and lead teams to minimize downtime while upholding safety standards and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

The Role
