Job summary

Hyperion Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Richmond, IN team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, while supporting facility projects and welding tasks to maintain production schedules.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of maintenance experience, basic mechanical/electrical knowledge, and a safety-focused mindset with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience (preferred).
• Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install facility equipment.
• Support facility projects (painting, carpentry, fixture installation).
• Perform welding tasks and assist in meeting production schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas.
• Collaborate with contractors, production teams, and leadership to minimize downtime.
