Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled repairs, routine maintenance, and timely turnovers across the property, ensuring safety and quality on every task.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance; completing turnover checklists within 3–5 business days; and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following all

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and appliances.
• Complete turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and finish turnover checklist.
• Carry out common area maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and window cleaning.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters, and other issues.
• Contribute to a preventive maintenance program for the area of responsibility.
• Maintain safe condition of all equipment and structures; update inventory for new tools.
• Keep work area clean and observe safety rules.
