Job summary

Park7 Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our luxury student housing community in Tallahassee, FL. You will handle unit maintenance, grounds upkeep, and 24‑hour emergency support to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

The role requires HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills, plus general carpentry and appliance repair. A valid driver’s license, EPA/HVAC certification preferred, and a willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule are

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical and plumbing repair experience.
• Appliance repair and carpentry skills.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA-certified/HVAC certification preferred.
• CPO license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair apartments (1–5 bedrooms).
• Keep property grounds and facilities in good condition.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with unit turnovers and minor repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
