Metals USA Flat Rolled Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Horicon, WI location. The role involves maintaining and repairing production machinery and facility systems to ensure uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in general maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient with basic measurement techniques including reading English/metric units.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse maintenance to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility systems.
• Dismantle and reassemble machinery using hand tools, cranes, hoists, and other equipment.
• Start and operate equipment to verify functionality and performance.
• Inspect and test components to identify defects and determine repair needs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace defective parts; perform necessary adjustments.
