Hanson Companies is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing plant. The role focuses on keeping production equipment running, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a safety-first environment. This is a Monday–Friday, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and work order tracking.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and general building maintenance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct building maintenance including plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and minor structural repairs.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and document all work performed.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with installation, relocation, or removal of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, and request replacements as needed.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance issues and priorities.
