Job summary

Bellingham at West Chester is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep of residential apartments and public areas, including plumbing and electrical tasks. You will handle routine and emergency repairs and support campus maintenance operations in a full-time on-site role.

Qualifying candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities. Prior maintenance experience is preferred. EEO Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Work under general supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and common areas.
• Responds to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Completes work orders with detailed task and equipment info.
• Assists other maintenance and HVAC staff on projects and campus snow removal.
• Maintains materials and supplies levels to ensure timely tasks.
