11Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Lewiston, ID property team. You will ensure apartment homes and facilities are well-maintained, respond promptly to service requests, and support leasing with market-ready units.

The role requires 1+ years in maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to work physically. The position offers employer-sponsored benefits and opportunities for growth within our residential communities.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field; multi-family experience preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements and have good communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete general maintenance tasks promptly for service requests and turnover.
• Troubleshoot and repair major and minor systems.
• Complete service orders with few callbacks.
• Keep property, vacant units, and common areas clean.
• Handle paints, pool chemicals, and hazardous materials safely.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Travel between assets as needed.
• Attend emergency call duties and weekend work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
