Job summary

Tomlinson & Associates, Inc. in Lewiston, ID is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs, general maintenance, and property upkeep. You will ensure grounds are clean, manage work orders, and support unit turns.

The role requires punctuality, independence, and strong problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with staff to maintain high-quality living spaces.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of maintenance experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks as assigned and ensure repairs are thorough.
• Walk property grounds daily to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Be on call for emergencies, including nights and weekends.
• Prepare units for move-ins/move-outs and ensure appliances and plumbing are in working order.
• Paint and clean units to a high-quality finish.
• Handle work orders and record repairs accurately.
• Maintain and update inventory of appliances’ serial numbers.
• Assist with unit turns to ensure smooth resident transition.
