Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Meadow Glen. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and machinery maintenance within a multi-unit residential setting. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Requirements include 1–2 years in property maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and any certified HVAC/electrical/plumbing credentials. Weekend work may be required; valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma or GED; 3-4 years can offset education requirements.
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Must be able to work weekends (Sat/Sun) if required.

Responsibilities

• HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces equipment as needed.
• Plumbing: repairs, replacements, installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting.
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, switches, lamps.
• Machinery: repair and maintenance of chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a core duty.
• Other duties as assigned.
