Job summary
Rita Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Mulberry, FL to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment. The candidate should have strong diagnostic skills and experience with hydraulics and small diesel/gas engines, plus basic electrical troubleshooting.
The job is temporary with potential to hire, hours 7am-5pm, with overtime as needed. Safety-focused teamwork and the opportunity for full-time benefits after conversion are offered.
Qualifications
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, small diesel/gas engines, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dusty industrial environment.
- Strong safety mindset, reliability, and teamwork.
- Valid Driver's License.
