Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a maintenance role with mechanical and hydraulic systems.

Hands-on experience with production equipment and basic diagnostics.
Excellent verbal and written communication for team and leadership interactions.
Reliable team player with collaborative mindset.
Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Install, alter, repair industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues before escalation.
Diagnose and repair faulty equipment and structures to maintain operations.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to extend equipment life.
Perform periodic quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain detailed maintenance records for accountability and decision-making.
