Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Middle Creek Lofts community in Charlotte, NC. The role involves performing general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks to ensure high curb appeal and quality apartment homes.

You will respond to service requests under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Essential duties include preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial work, with daily property walk-throughs and safety

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Computer proficiency is preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Respond to customer service requests and safety concerns.
• Assist with storage area and materials; maintain records of tasks completed.
• Available for weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours service as scheduled.
