McDonald’s operates this maintenance position at a franchise-owned restaurant in Florida. The Maintenance Person assists management in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and in good working condition, and supports the maintenance team with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, unloading deliveries twice weekly, trash removal, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust

• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
