Responsibilities include oil fryer filtration, exterior grounds maintenance, cleaning tasks inside and outside, unloading deliveries, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust maintenance.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof.
