Job summary

McDonald's Franchise in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep interior and exterior areas clean and equipment in good working order at our restaurant. This role supports the team in maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will perform tasks such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, unloading deliveries, changing light bulbs, and ensuring safety standards are met while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintains restaurant equipment and supports the maintenance team.
• Works with minimal supervision to keep the restaurant presentable.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week and change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
• Support staff to ensure a clean and safe environment.
