McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person at a Florida restaurant. You’ll assist management to uphold outstanding interior and exterior cleanliness and ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained.

This role supports the team with the tools and training needed to succeed. Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, restock of storerooms and restrooms, and unloading deliveries twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and cleaning skills required for restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Ability to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and to operate or coordinate cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oil fryers and equipment.
• Maintain outside grounds and windows; stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week; manage trash; change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and restaurant roof debris.
