Corcoran Jennison Management in Massachusetts is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep a residential community safe, clean, and running. You will be part of a small team that residents know by name, with hands-on duties across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, roofing, and fencing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related maintenance experience or training.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Certified Pool Operator certification if applicable to the property.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests with a standard one business day turnaround.
• Turn vacant apartments and complete make ready work within seven days of move out.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, roofing, and fencing.
• Respond to emergency repairs and assist with snow removal.
• Run preventative maintenance schedules for the building, site, and equipment.
• Conduct move in, move out, and annual unit inspections.
• Manage inventory, track supply pricing, and help keep costs down.
• Partner with the leasing office so vacant units get back online fast.
• Document work orders, inspections, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.
