Job summary

The Rogers Embassy Suites in Rogers, AR, is seeking a full-time hotel maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance, repair minor systems, and handle guest and associate work orders. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork to uphold Atrium Hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, and are willing to assist with seasonal landscaping and general upkeep across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfort with bending, squatting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain pool systems and chemicals; landscape and trash duties as needed.
