Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a hotel maintenance technician for Rogers Embassy Suites in Rogers, AR. The role involves routine guest room care, preventive maintenance, and prompt repair of basic systems to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements include at least 6 months of maintenance experience, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and HVAC/electrical/plumbing certs considered a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
