Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/fuel station environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment and perform basic repairs as needed (HVAC, plumbing, fuel systems, refrigeration).
• Cross-train in other roles such as store cashier or facility maintenance as required.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies.
