The role involves assisting the Chief Engineer, conducting preventative checks, responding to guest requests with professionalism, and collaborating with other departments while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facilities repair.
• Strong problem-solving with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Reliable, team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
