Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our engineering team at a hotel property. You will perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and assist with building and grounds tasks to keep assets in top condition.

As part of the engineering team, you will partner with the Chief Engineer, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff while providing courteous service and accommodating guest requests.

Qualifications

• Maintain all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when needed.
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.

Responsibilities
