The role requires 1+ years in maintenance or construction and a strong customer-service mindset. Compensation is $22–$23 per hour plus commission, with full benefits and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience.
• Excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• On-call during certain times of the month.
