Job summary

The Morgan Group in Florida is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team Member to keep our multifamily communities safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will perform routine repairs, assist with groundskeeping, and support guest services.

You will follow established procedures, coordinate with vendors and residents, and help ensure a positive living environment. The role is full-time, on-site, with training and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Experience in pool care and general maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact well with residents, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance and Emergency Procedures manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
• Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and in good repair.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner.
• Inspect the property and report safety hazards or needed repairs to the Lead Maintenance.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of pool, walkways, and common areas.
• Assist with snow removal operations and seasonal maintenance as needed.
• Comply with all training requirements for this position.
