Job summary

Pure Flavor Farms LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair building systems and equipment across facilities, ensuring safety and compliance. The role involves coordinating with contractors and the Food Safety team, maintaining records, and supporting ongoing asset care in a dynamic production environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant technical certification, and at least one year of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with strong problem solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
• Two-year technical certification in electrical or mechanical training preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a maintenance technician role in manufacturing/production.
• Experience with hand/power tools, machinery, conveyor systems, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on building and electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Respond to maintenance calls, troubleshoot, and complete work orders promptly.
• Record equipment tasks and maintain maintenance logs.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies and report usage.
• Coordinate with Food Safety department for compliance with processes.
• Assist in equipment development, maintenance, and repair; support contractor coordination.
