Responsibilities

• Execute daily facility projects.
• Maintain interior and exterior lighting, kitchen equipment, pools, ice machines, A/C, basic plumbing/electrical.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs and fire/safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and uphold standards.
• Ensure compliance with Facilities policies and procedures.
• Assist with repairs, renovations, and replacement of furnishings/equipment.
• Support other departments with event setup and breakdown.
