Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs including drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
• Work on-call as needed, including weekends and special events
• Prepare vacant units for rent, perform repairs, and update work orders
• Handle plumbing repairs such as faucet, toilet, and water heater replacements
• Maintain grounds, including trash removal, sweeping, and landscaping
• Adhere to safety standards and report discrepancies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience; handyman skills are a plus
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications are highly desirable
• Basic math and English literacy skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work harmoniously with others and handle confidential information
• Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
