Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests including drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• Work on-call as needed, including weekends and special events
• Prepare vacant units for rent, perform repairs, and update work order statuses
• Address plumbing issues such as faucet, toilet, water heater repairs, and appliance fixes
• Maintain grounds including trash pickup, sweeping, pressure washing, and landscaping
• Follow safety standards per OSHA and company policies, report discrepancies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience; handyman or DIY skills valuable
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred
• Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing in English
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with others, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Confidentiality, flexibility for overtime, on-call work, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation
