Maintenance Technician General Compensation

• Pay Rate: 24-27.00/hr.
• 8 hr day shift position, Monday - Friday 07:30 - 04:30, with the future potential for rotating 1st/2nd shift hours on a case by case basis.

Maintenance Technician General Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including equipment lubrication, inspections, and basic equipment repairs at the direction of higher-ranking maintenance technicians.
• Ensure the working environment is safe and compliant with ANH standards.
• Complete assigned maintenance work orders to contribute to the efficient operation of the plant equipment.
• Enforce compliance with established requirements for SHE/Quality cGMPs ISO work processes and other rules and regulations.
• Execute an efficient maintenance program to minimize downtime due to equipment failures.
• Contribute to the improvement of the overall performance of the plant by conveying information from the maintenance department to the Pendergrass Leadership Team.

Maintenance Technician General QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of weights and measurements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge in mechanical, electrical, operational, and welding areas.
• Blend plant equipment knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good organization skills and strong ethics.
• Knowledge and use of computers and computer-controlled equipment and systems.
