Maintenance Technician Compensation
Pay Rate: $24.00–$27.00/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Must be flexible to cover 2nd shift or weekend work as needed
Location: Onsite in Pendergrass, GA

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
Take direction from senior technicians and field planners for work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
Perform general maintenance tasks including lubrication, inspections, and basic equipment repair
Ensure safe work practices, obtain permits, and follow DSM SHE and OSHA safety protocols
Participate in meetings and report maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and parts needs
Help enforce GMP, ISO 9001, and FAMI-QS compliance across operations
Communicate with production to identify and resolve issues
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards
Identify and act on opportunities to improve operations, safety, and performance
Support rotating production schedules and be available for overtime and occasional call-ins
Maintenance Technician Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience required
Skills/Knowledge:
Mechanical, electrical, operational, and welding knowledge
Experience in blend plant or manufacturing equipment maintenance
Familiarity with safety and maintenance procedures
Ability to read measurements, use hand tools, and follow SOPs
Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Comfortable using computers and digital maintenance tracking systems
