Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems. You will diagnose, repair and document issues while maintaining safe, clean common areas.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. On-call duties, 24/7, are required with a monthly phone allowance as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 1-2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required.
• Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, OSHA) a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

On-Call Requirement: This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed. - Monthly mobile phone allowance
