Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Gene Miller Manor, a 76-unit senior apartment community in Union City, GA. The role involves on-call duties 24/7 for maintenance emergencies, along with monthly mobile phone allowance.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, diagnose issues, and supervise junior staff as needed. A strong focus on safety and quality is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 1–2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, OSHA, etc.) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

On-Call Requirement:
This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.- Monthly mobile phone allowance
