Johns Island Post Acute in Johns Island, SC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to keep the facility safe and welcoming for residents and staff. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and assist with room renovations, while ensuring equipment and grounds are well maintained.

The role requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry, a 10th-grade education, reliability, and a heart for serving seniors.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
