Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs across building systems, and safety compliance. Two years of maintenance experience preferred; English communication and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to meet hotel standards and safety requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks and complete work orders.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other hotel systems.
