Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Maintenance professional for Max Beach Resort in Daytona Beach, FL. The role involves general upkeep, preventive maintenance, and safety tasks to ensure hotel standards are met.

You will address repairs, assist with building systems, and help maintain a secure, welcoming environment for guests. Required is at least 2 years in maintenance and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, with strong English communication and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain hotel standards.
• Inspect electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fixtures; perform minor repairs.
• Service hotel pools, maintain exterior areas, and refurbish guest room furniture as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests from Housekeeping and Front Desk in a timely manner.
• Document maintenance activities and keep records of inventory and work performed.
• Coordinate with Building Engineer and General Manager to schedule preventive projects.
