Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring for a full-time on-site Maintenance role at our Max Beach Resort in Daytona Beach Shores, FL. The position requires hands-on maintenance of hotel facilities, coordination with the building team, and quick response to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Must be a team player and willing to assist and collaborate.
• Able to handle physical tasks including lifting 25–50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain hotel standards.
• Check and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general systems; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain the hotel exterior and curb appeal, including cleaning and painting prep.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies and safety concerns; enforce security procedures.
