Job summary

Life Care Center of Longmont is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to support facility operations, perform repairs, and inspect critical systems to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents. Shift from 8:30am to 5pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with on-call rotation. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, adherence to building codes, and teamwork with nursing and admin staff. Prior healthcare maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes and ordinances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Inspect equipment and systems for proper operation and safety.
• Handle tasks and materials; lift and move items as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and work with patients and staff.
• Support on-call rotation and emergencies as required.
