Presbyterian Homes & Services, Mainstreet Village in Richfield, MN, seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment safely and efficiently, following policies and regulations.

Working 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and reporting to the Environmental Services Director, you will contribute to an inviting campus, handle tasks from floor care to snow removal, and support a faith-based nonprofit mission with competitive benefits and starting pay between $19.75 and $22.64 per hour.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to job as defined by site requirements.
• Able to work independently, multi task, follow directions and work under supervision.
• Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
• Maintain an attractive campus appearance consistent with the PHS design intent.
• Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership.
• Assignments may include: floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, building maintenance, customer requests, landscape care, snow removal, pools, other projects.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.75 - $22.64 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
