Responsibilities

• Responds to work orders and performs general repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance on hotel areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Assists with pool area maintenance per brand standards and codes.
• Maintains exterior grounds including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.
• Keeps maintenance areas and equipment clean, organized, and secure.
• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.
• Operates common power and hand tools safely.
• Assists team members and other departments to improve efficiency.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responds to reported work orders and performs general repairs.


• Performs preventative maintenance on all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.


• Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes.


• Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.


• Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured.


• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.


• Operates common power and hand tools safely.


• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.


• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
