Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician in Ann Arbor to support the property's maintenance program, keep interiors and exteriors in good condition, and provide strong customer service to residents.

Qualifications

Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset. The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community’s interior and exterior physical condition and is a customer service driven team player.Reports to: Maintenance SupervisorDirect Reports: NoneRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe duties listed below are an outline of the Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
