WinnCompanies is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY. You will perform maintenance across rental units, offices, and grounds, including repairing building structures and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

A REAL ID compliant driver’s license/ID is required to access the federal facility. Responsibilities include responding to service calls, transporting and installing appliances, processing work orders via mobile devices, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with safe driving record.
• Basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.
• Ability to read/write in English and follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service calls and complete maintenance requests.
• Install and connect appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers).
• Move materials and equipment between locations.
• Perform general building maintenance and repair of structures and systems.
• Maintain clean and safe work sites and provide on-call emergency support.
