Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a General Maintenance Associate - Duct Cleaner to join our military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY. You will respond to service calls and perform duct cleaning and related maintenance on residential HVAC systems, vents, and related components.

This federal facility role requires a REAL ID compliant driver's license for access and involves on-site responsibilities with on-call emergency work and documentation duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Current driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain state certifications within first 90 days.
• Ability to provide basic tools and equipment.
• Basic familiarity with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete maintenance requirements for HVAC ductwork, registers, and dryer vents.
• Complete on-call emergency repairs as directed.
• Update work orders with time, materials, and notes on mobile devices.
• Submit all required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Keep supervisor informed of activities, results, and problems.
• Recommend corrective actions to supervisor.
• Maintain vehicle and inventory as prescribed.
• Work quickly to meet project deadlines.
• Carry and maintain supplies to perform routine duties.
