WinnCompanies is seeking a General Maintenance Technician for our military housing team at Fort Hood, TX. You will perform maintenance across rental units, offices, and grounds, handling mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

As this is a federal facility, a REAL ID compliant license/ID will be required to access the site. The role includes on-call emergency responses and on-site work with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.
• Ability to read and write in English and take direction from supervisors.
• Sharp customer service skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Current driver’s license in good standing and ability to meet driving records standards.

Aufgaben

• Respond to service calls and complete maintenance work.
• Transport, install and connect appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Load/unload and move materials and equipment to job sites.
• Repair and fabricate window and door screens and frames.
• Maintain site safety and cleanup after work.
