Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support the military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY. You will perform maintenance across rental units, offices, and grounds, with focus on building systems, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.

A REAL ID compliant driver's license is required for access to the federal facility. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, up to 3 years’ experience, and basic tools; English literacy and customer service skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance or trades experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Must provide basic tools for daily duties.
• REAL ID Act requirement for federal facility access.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and maintenance requests.
• Install and connect appliances (stoves, fridges, etc.).
• Transport loads, move materials, and unload trucks.
• Repair window/door screens; repair and fabricate as needed.
• Operate power tools and perform site cleanup.
• Maintain vehicle and report progress via mobile devices.
